Rental Conditions

                                                                     Vehicle Use & Driver Policy

All vehicles are provided on a chauffeur-driven basis only.
The vehicle will be driven exclusively by our approved driver at all times.

Clients are not permitted to drive or operate the vehicle under any circumstances.

Vehicles may be used for approved bookings including events, weddings, photoshoots, and transport. Requests involving unsafe, reckless, or unlawful use of the vehicle will be declined.

                                                                        Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee a reservation.
Availability and pricing will be confirmed once your enquiry has been reviewed.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Same-day or urgent bookings may be accommodated where availability allows.

                                                                     Security Bond & Insurance

A refundable security bond may be required prior to the booking.

All vehicles are comprehensively insured while under our care and operation.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused by passengers during the hire period may result in deductions from the security bond.

                                                                       Cancellations & Conduct

Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

No refunds will be issued where a booking is terminated due to conduct or breach of these conditions.
